What's different about cleaning here
Acre lots put the outdoors closer to the door
Alamo homes sit on large, often partly unpaved properties with gravel drives, mature oaks and open ground. That means more grit and leaf debris tracked in per day than a house on a suburban street, and it collects in entryways, mudrooms and door tracks first. Those are the surfaces that decide whether the rest of the house stays clean.
Unincorporated, and quietly harder to service
Alamo is unincorporated, so some companies treat it as an out-of-area detour and price it accordingly. We schedule it with our Danville and Walnut Creek work, which means a fixed weekday slot, the same cleaner and no travel surcharge.
Homes with real square footage and real millwork
Round Hill and Alamo Oaks have substantial houses with wood floors, built-ins, stone counters and several bathrooms. We run a zone rotation so the whole house gets cleaned every visit while one area goes deep, and we match products to the finish rather than to the clock.
