What's different about cleaning here
New construction hides dust in different places
Dougherty Valley, Windemere and Gale Ranch are recent builds: tall entryways, a lot of glass, engineered floors that mark with too much water, and HVAC returns that go grey noticeably faster than they should. There is very little old trim to fuss over, so the time goes into glass, vents, fixtures and high dusting instead.
Two working parents and a full calendar
The households here run on tight schedules, and the whole point of the service is that it stops being something you manage. Fixed weekday slot, same cleaner, access already arranged, a text on arrival and another when we leave. Nothing that needs a decision from you on a Tuesday morning.
HOA rules that are easier handled than discovered
Several of the newer communities have parking rules, service-hour windows or vendor registration. It takes one message to sort and a wasted visit to find out the hard way, so we ask about it before the first clean rather than after.
